Tagayasan (鉄刀木) is a very heavy and hard wood, and because it resembles a "steel sword," it is also known as "Iron Sword Wood." Due to its weight, hardness, and density, it is ranked alongside Shitan (紫檀) and Kokutan (黒檀) as one of the "Three Great Precious Woods of Karaki (唐木)," and has been prized as a fine wood since ancient times. The beads are small, so I think they would suit women well.
