Blue-themed polka dot ribbon Heart beads and pearl beads that look like earrings (piercings) are attached. There was a faint line of dirt on the upper right side of the ribbon. The lace part of the ribbon looks slightly discolored. The white circle in the center of the ribbon is discolored. There are no major noticeable scratches or stains such as tears. No smokers, no pets. The photos are everything. This is a personal inspection and storage.
