I think they can be worn in all seasons except for mid-winter. They do not come with a lining or inner pants, so it's recommended to wear black overpants or something similar for peace of mind. Ironing is possible at a maximum soleplate temperature of 110°C without steam. Gentle dry cleaning with petroleum solvents (distillation temperature 150°C-210°C, flash point 38°C-) is possible.
