This is a Takada Bed U-shaped cushion. It is reportedly used in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as proctology. It's well-made, and so far, it doesn't seem to collapse or flatten even after sitting on it for a long time. It has a firm construction. The color is as shown in the photos. It's a light brown. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
