This is a costume by Atelier Kimie. It features a blue base fabric with small, colorful dots on the top and ruffles (used in three tiers). The photo doesn't do it justice; the actual fabric has more vibrant colors. Alterations are possible. There's a considerable seam allowance. For example, on the top, you could add 10cm total at the sides (5cm each). Realistically, you might not be able to add that much, but it's possible by using other seam allowances as well. The skirt (falda) is long, but you could shorten it by about 2cm per ruffle tier, totaling 4cm, and you could also shorten the top tier without it being noticeable, so a bit more is possible. Currently, it's a costume for a slender, tall person. Sizes are: Top Bust: 43cm (flat measurement, no padding) Length from the square neckline (where there's no cut) to the hem: 43cm Falda (Skirt) Waist: 34cm Length: 1m (70cm to the start of the ruffles) (Please allow for slight variations.) The mannequin's measurements are: 81-63-93 (cm) There are pin marks on the waist and some areas where the hem has been stepped on (I thought I saw it once, but couldn't find it again, so it's not in the photos). There is some minor damage, but it's not at a level that would be a problem for a costume. This is a used item, so please understand.
