This is a cotton neck warmer purchased from Felissimo. It doesn't feel scratchy, so it's gentle on the skin. I'm selling it because I have too many neck warmers, and I want to sell them while they're still in good condition. I believe it's a cotton blend. It's a set of two, off-white and charcoal gray.
