These are Saint Laurent Wyatt 60 boots. They were sent for repair, including crack repair. The heels have been modified to resemble Saint Laurent's Lucas boots. I've worn them once since the repair. There are no issues with wearing them. These are authentic, purchased at the Saint Laurent store in Hankyu Men's, Yurakucho, Japan. The soles have been replaced with Vibram soles.
