I used this for about half a month leading up to Children's Day for six years. I loved it because it was easy to assemble and very impressive. My child has grown up, but it's still usable, so I'm putting it up for sale. All parts are included, such as the spinning ball and windsock. There is also the instruction manual. Since it was used outdoors, there are some scratches and stains on the carp streamers and the base. I don't think it's particularly noticeable when they are flying. It's the type that uses a sturdy water bag (included) filled with water as a weight, and there are still water droplets remaining inside the bag. I purchased it seven years ago. The retail price was 70,000 yen. Please consider this if you understand the above. Thank you.
