It's not entirely clear, but it appears to be item number 21. There are small scratches, but they give it a very appealing, textured look. Silver 925, with diamonds. The surface has been textured, oxidized, and then polished. The design leaves the oxidized texture in certain areas. The "e.m." and "silver" hallmarks are intentionally stamped on the front. You don't have to worry about scratches or discoloration.
