This is a simple red school backpack (randoseru). It was used for six years, but since it belonged to my quiet eldest daughter, the surface is in good condition, although there is some damage inside. It cost around 50,000 yen at the time, but I'm sorry, I don't know the manufacturer. There is "PAT" on the metal fittings, but I couldn't identify it.
