A Bandai-made Urusei Yatsura game, with a blue design, instruction manual, and warranty. It's quite old, from the Showa 50s (1975-1989). I just played the game a moment ago, and it works perfectly. Sounds like "Pico! Pipo! Buu-!" come out without any problems. I've included screenshots of the gameplay from the fifth image onwards. As a bonus, I'm including a magnet. In my subjective opinion, it's in good condition, but this is just my personal assessment. There are no cracks or screen smudging on the LCD screen. I'm also including two LR44 button batteries!
