I bought this a few years ago and wore it about three times. It has a fully elasticated waistband, and a lot of fabric is used towards the hem, which I think makes your legs look slimmer. The green floral pattern isn't too sweet, so I think it can be worn by a wide range of ages. It's lined and doesn't have pockets. Total length: approximately 83cm
