The skirt has lights that illuminate when you turn on the switch. (See photos 7 and 8) Perfect for theme parks or evening events. There is also a matching tiara. One of the jewels in the center is missing. (See photo 13) The tiara itself is sturdy and easy for children to wear in their hair. There are faint stains on the skirt.
