This is a Barbour oiled jacket. The model is the Bedale. The color is navy. Condition: There are several holes and tears (see images 4-8), but this actually gives it a nice vintage look, and I was wearing it regularly until about last year. The size was probably 38, but I'm not certain. For reference, I am 170cm and 60kg, but I think it would fit someone of average build without any problems. Also, it has a characteristic smell, so I recommend cleaning it.
