Used for powering electric guitar and bass effects pedals. It shows signs of use, but there are no operational issues. Velcro is attached to the back. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor scratches. I liked it because it has a large number of 9V outputs and can also supply 18V, but I am selling it due to equipment replacement. The 18V adapter for the main unit is a genuine product, although it has been replaced with a different one. The accessories are as shown in the photos, and it seems that almost everything that was included when it was shipped is present, but there are only 7 cables in total (I have lost some).
