I used this bag for business trips, but after I had a baby, my job changed and I no longer have the opportunity to use it. I used it carefully, alternating with other business trip bags, so there are no noticeable scratches, but there are some minor scuffs on the corners of the bottom (photos 9 and 10). The accessories are a divider with a mesh pocket, a shoulder strap, and a logo storage bag. I occasionally used the shoulder strap, but I never used the divider.
