Neither the previous user nor we experienced any incidents of the baby urinating while being held. We used it while washing away sweat stains. As a result, the denim-like fabric has faded slightly. There are some frays on the mesh part of the back (see images 5, 6, and 7), but there are no problems with use. It can be used for facing-in and facing-out carries, and the front buckle makes it a very convenient product.
