I used it twice, but I only drink black coffee, so I've been storing it. Operation confirmed. I think it's generally clean, but there may be very minor scratches from storage and use. Please purchase if you are not sensitive to this and understand that it is used. The box is not included, but I will wrap it in cushioning material and ship it with care.
