There's a faint WD marking followed by the letter "H," but I don't know what it means. Also, it seems the rim can be disassembled, but it's stuck and I can't take it apart. The specifications are 32.6/9.6mm, the same as WD, and the shape inside the cup is very similar. The rim is silver-plated, but the body is not plated. There are few dents, and nothing that would interfere with playing.
