This is a chiffon blouse from Green Label Relaxing that I purchased about 5 years ago. I remember the price was around 5,000 yen. The fabric is soft, and the sleeves have ruffles, making it a very feminine design. It's somewhat sheer, so I think you can wear it in the hot season without it looking too heavy, even in black. It's sheer enough that you'll need an inner camisole or something similar. I loved it very much, but I haven't had many opportunities to wear it since my circumstances changed, so I'm putting it up for sale.
