The plain part is made of a glossy material. It's a full-circle flared skirt, so it will spread out quite a bit if you put a petticoat in it. It's also lovely as an A-line dress even without a petticoat. A ribbon is attached at the waist. The ribbon is not removable. Chest pads are included. Size The label says L, but it fits the 9-size mannequin perfectly, so it's a size S to a slim M. Condition Although there are no tags, it is a new, unused item. As it is a long-term storage item, there may be storage odors such as tobacco or musty smells. Also, the storage condition varies. Some items are not from my own collection, so I do not know the past storage conditions. I have checked for stains and dirt three times, but there may be oversights. Please refrain from purchasing if you cannot accept oversights.
