Attach it to a baby carrier or stroller to protect your baby from the cold and wind. It's warm with a boa lining. I bought it at Nishimatsuya and only used it twice. There isn't much wear and tear, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about hygiene, as it has been stored at home.
