This is a Silverstein, champagne gold. I bought it new about a year ago and used it on a tenor metal mouthpiece. Unfortunately, I'm missing one of the included screws, but it still works fine. It's adjustable, so I think it can be used for alto, soprano, and tenor saxophones.
