There are patches on the chest to prevent holes from name tags. The colors are a bit difficult to tell from the photos, but the design with the bird and birdcage is beige, and the floral design is a light yellow, maybe cream-colored. They are 100% cotton and the fabric is sturdy! Perfect for changing clothes at kindergarten or nursery school! I don't think there are any noticeable stains, frays, or holes.
