It is a tweed jacket with glitter, and the lace on the hem is a removable 2-way jacket. It has a cute look while also feeling luxurious. My measuring tape is broken, so I can't measure it, but I am 160cm tall and weigh 46kg, and it fit me perfectly (with some room, within an acceptable range). The skirt is knee-length.
