This is an early Sylvanian Families set, including the Deluxe House, a large amount of green furniture, the Grey Bear Family, and the Grey Rabbit Family. The figures are not in great condition, with discoloration, thinning fur, and a rabbit missing its tail. The oven door doesn't close. The house is missing one window. Some of the furniture accessories are missing, so please check the images yourself. Everything in the images is included. This is an old, used item that children have played with.
