For IH Cooktops: Set the heat to medium on 200V appliances (around 5 to 6 on a 10-level scale). Boiling for about 15 minutes is ideal. If it boils too quickly, reduce the heat and continue heating for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it steam for about 20 minutes. Once steaming is complete, open the lid, stir the rice from the bottom, and let it sit for another 10 minutes for even better results. For Direct Gas Flame: The ideal heat setting is medium to high, boiling in about 10-12 minutes. Once boiling, turn off the heat and proceed to steaming. If it boils in less than 10 minutes, reduce the heat. If it doesn't boil in 12 minutes, increase the heat. Once boiling, turn off the heat and steam for about 20 minutes. Once steaming is complete, open the lid, stir the rice from the bottom, and let it sit for another 10 minutes for even better results. Also, because the product uses natural materials like clay and minerals, there may be slight variations in color and texture depending on the product.
