It can be further adjusted up to size 8, and can also be adjusted down two sizes, to a size 4. Adjustments beyond that would require consultation. I bought this ring because I wanted it, but I haven't worn it, so I'm offering it for sale in the hopes that someone else will enjoy it. Of course, there are no personal engravings. In the 8th photo, you can see a small indentation on the back. This is a mark of authenticity for Cartier and is present on Cartier rings. The carat weight is 0.52. I remember the purchase price was around 2.5 million yen.
