Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. The Air Pods are fine. The midsole has cracks, which have been repaired with repair material. They feel fine when running. The cracked areas have been repaired with repair material and then covered with Shoe Goo. They can still be used for training. The size is slightly too big for me, and I can't get the right foot strike on the pods, so I'm selling them since I haven't been using them lately. Shoes only, no box.
