I received this in 2022 and used it about twice. It can be fastened with a string and two snap buttons. The front opening is easy, which was convenient for the newborn period and checkups. The armholes felt a bit narrow. It's a handmade item, and I believe it's made of gauze. There are some fold wrinkles, but there appears to be no noticeable stains.
