Kelty Daypack nylon backpack. This is an original vintage piece from the 70s, featuring the triangular tag and C&C zippers (images 3 & 4). Kelty is a brand founded in Southern California in 1952. The bag is stuffed with padding for the photos; please see image 13 for the unstuffed condition. The front pocket opens and closes with Velcro (image 9). There are no pockets inside (images 14 & 15). The inner tag in image 12 is stretched out for the photo; the actual condition is shown in image 19. ○ Color: Orange ○ Size (measured by hand) Height: 40cm Width: 32cm (measured at the bottom) Depth: 12cm (measured at the bottom) *Please understand that these are approximate measurements as there are no seams on the bottom gusset. ○ Regarding Damage: ・This is a USED outdoor item from approximately 50 years ago. ・There is overall wear and tear, dirt, stains, and discoloration. ・There is a small stain on the front (image 16). ・There is a small stain on the back (image 17). ・There is a characteristic odor of old nylon bags. ・There is peeling of the inner coating, fraying of seams, and loose threads throughout (reference images 14, 15, & 18). ・The Velcro on the front pocket has slightly weakened adhesion. ・Please be aware that due to its vintage nature, there may be other minor scratches, stains, and dirt that cannot be seen in the images. Depending on individual perception, the actual item may feel more worn and damaged than what can be seen in the images.
