This is a knit hat I bought a few years ago. I haven't worn it much and it's now too small, so it's in good condition, but being a knit material, it's a little fuzzy. I'm not sure of the exact size, but the measurements are 20cm wide and 16cm long when laid flat. (The length does not include the pom-pom on top.) I think it was probably around a 12-18y size.
