You can record and play terrestrial digital broadcasts on old PCs running Windows XP or 7. TS extraction (firmware modified). I tested it on a low-spec ATOM, and it worked fine. I haven't tested it on the latest OS. I will send the drivers, viewing/recording software, and a simple instruction manual via email, so please provide your email address. The instructions only cover the basic installation method. Individual settings may be required depending on the model, etc. I cannot provide advice, so this is for those with some knowledge. (Settings for TVTest, etc.) Operation has been confirmed. Includes the main unit (BCAS card not included), USB cable.
