This is a boisset I used when I was a pastry chef. I believe it was a Matfer product (sorry if I'm mistaken). The size is 15cm long and 4.8cm wide, please check the photos. The letters in the photo are difficult to see, but I looked up Brevete SGDG and it came up as a patent. Next to that it says MADE IN FRANCE. I will sell it to someone who was looking for one. It is a used item. Please check the photos and bid with no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges. I am also listing it on another site. Please understand that it may end early.
