I purchased a beautiful item here last year. The upper part is like velvet, and the patterned part is a sturdy cotton fabric. I think it's a piece that can be styled cutely with a plain blouse or knit underneath. Upon close inspection, there is a stain on the left shoulder. It might come out with stain removal, but it will be delivered as is.
