This is a Husky tripod head. I purchased it new and have been using it. I checked its operation for this listing, and all parts function without issue. The pan bar and screws are all securely fastened. It's built very durably, so I think it will continue to be usable. I looked it up, and it seems the current official distributor also offers overhauls. There are scratches in various places. Please check the photos. The items in the photos are all that are included.
