I purchased this about two years ago at HEP FIVE in Osaka for around 10,000 yen. It's a free size and doesn't cling to the body's lines much, but the ribbon belt in the back allows you to adjust the fit at the waist, so it can be worn by people of various body types. For reference, I am 157cm tall and it fit me without any problems. It has a back slit and a waist belt. The color is navy. I've worn it about twice, but I don't have many opportunities to wear it, so I'm selling it. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. I will ship it in simple packaging.
