This is a two-piece set consisting of a dress and skirt, without a jacket. The size is 21. Since I only used the jacket, the dress and skirt are new and unused. You can wear the black dress with your own jacket for your child's events, or with a bolero or stole for weddings. The dress has a zipper on the left side for easy on and off.
