This is a nylon jacket from the Norwegian brand SWIMS. I bought it last year when I was studying abroad in Sweden because I couldn't stand the extreme cold. The original price was about 70,000 yen. Although it's not down, it's warm and has excellent water repellency, so it could handle sudden snow. It also has a stowable hood. It has many inner pockets, which were very useful for storing small items (like a passport) during overseas travel, and were also great for security. I used it almost every day during my study abroad, but I don't think there's much wear and tear (it's been dry-cleaned once). I'm selling it because the L size is a bit large for me, as I am 177cm tall. The sleeves are particularly long.
