I believe the condition is good, based on my personal assessment, and all the parts seem to be present, so I've classified it as a complete set. The gimmick allows the hands and cannon to move when the roller on the bottom is turned. I haven't been able to confirm this as there are no instructions or box. Everything shown in the images is included. As this is an old item, there may be some discoloration, dullness, and peeling of stickers, so please examine the images and make your purchase only if you are satisfied.
