There was no tag originally. I have only tried it on. The chest and back are quilted. Side pockets are included. It has a zipper closure, and the back and waist areas are brushed. This item is recommended for this time of year. Although it is completely unused, I noticed a snag in the back quilting after purchase. Therefore, this is a "defective" item.
