I purchased this at Isetan Shinjuku last year. I've worn it three times. I believe it's in good condition, but it is a used item. Also, I've selected "slightly scratched or dirty" for the item's condition, but this refers to the soles of the shoes. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
