(I opened the box to take out the trading cards, but the plushie has never been taken out of the box.) There are no noticeable scratches or damage, but since I've taken them to events, there may be some minor soiling compared to when they were new. (I cannot accept requests for cleaning. Please do so yourself after purchase.) Also, the packaging bags are different from the original ones as they have been opened.
