There are no noticeable scratches or stains. It can still be worn. There are fold wrinkles, so I will wash it at home and then ship it. It's a dark blue color, and the hem has a frayed fringe finish and a faded look from the time of purchase. It has some stretch, so it should be fine for someone who wears a size M.
