This is a flare skirt from Samansa Mos2. It's made of a linen-blend polyester material, so it's soft, but it has a lot of small pills. I haven't worn it that many times, but it might be prone to pilling. I think the pills can be easily removed with a fabric shaver, but this is for someone who doesn't mind removing them(^^) The flare creates a beautiful silhouette.
