I purchased this a few years ago, and my two children used it. However, we mostly used a stroller after getting out of the car, so I think it was used about 10 times. When using it, I attached a sweat-absorbing pad to the back of the head (neck) as shown in photo 8, and a cover to the straps to prevent drool. Please comment if you don't need these. I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains, but some white fibers remain from home cleaning. I've removed as much as possible, but it's not perfect. I hope you can understand this, as it's a personal inspection. I dried it indoors, so I don't think there's any noticeable fading, but I think it shows signs of use compared to new. #Ergobaby #BabyCarrier
