Although it's new and unused, it doesn't have tags. It was folded and stored, so there are wrinkles. This is a cut-and-sew top featuring a light blue frill design. The color is closest to the images in photos 5 and 6. There is no size label, so please check the measurements in the photos. The sleeves are shorter than typical long sleeves.
