I received this as a gift, but I'm not going to use it, so I'm putting it up for sale. Length: Approximately 5.3 cm It's a pin with a hat pin-like design. It doesn't seem to be a hat pin itself. It appears to be a vintage item, but I don't know the specific age. I'm not sure what the material of the round part is, but I don't think it's an expensive material.
