This is a Marilyn Manson tour T-shirt. It's the real deal, purchased at the Tokyo show during their 2003 Japan tour. I haven't worn it much, but I've washed it a few times to prevent mold. I think it's rare to find one in this condition. There's a small, barely noticeable mark near the left armpit. Please check the images.
