The tablier is not removable. This is a pull-over type dress. Since it has a tablier, it's cute as is, but you can make it even cuter by wearing a blouse underneath or layering an over-blouse, as shown in the first photo. The color has been adjusted in the photos to make the design easier to see, but it appears to be in beautiful condition with no noticeable fading (this is just my personal opinion).
